QPR have some similarities to our style of play but their defence is very much weaker and I don’t think their attacking passing has our polish, ive no opinion on their actual strikers but am guessing any one of our three is better. So I’ve seen nothing to worry me, provided we play as well as we can.
Been a lot of stormy weather today. Very sorry to hear the Millwall express has been derailed at Queen’s Park. I understand they expect to have it back on track soon and it will be full steam ahead to league 1.
Well chums, despite the euphoria of last night and our fantastic start, I can’t help but think of the old footie adage one game at a time. We were slow out of the blocks last night and a bit too confident with the passing out from the back for my liking for the first 10-15 minutes. Some team will intercept one of them, nick a goal and defend like dogs for 80+ minutes and beat us. It’s the inevitability of footie, we will lose and it will hurt. Saw Brum at ER last season and they were really unfortunate if I’m honest. If memory serves me right, we won 2-0 but don’t be fooled, they dominated for long periods and Jota in particular pulled the strings for much of that game. Fast forward a few months and a Birmingham team rooted to the foot of the table beat us at St. Andrews to derail our mini charge back into contention and ruin my Christmas holiday. So, taking caution into account, I’m going for Leeds by no more than 4 on Saturday. FGM
They have drawn 6 out of 8,and the 2 of them 6 I've seen on tv,they were the better team.Won't be easy, for sure.
