I’m agreeing with Ristac here as you would think the DOF would be setting out the blueprint of how he sees the team playing and progressing over the coming seasons with a goal in mind. Maybe when Bielsa came he allowed Bielsa to shape the club and how things were to be done, but once he went it seems Orta couldn’t deal with it and now we have no identity, nothing. Spurs lost their identity as soon as Conte and Paratici took over because they needed a lot more time to reshape it.
