The season after we finished 9th we spent a decent amount. Can't remember exactly but in the region of £40 million and that was with no player sales and spending big the previous summer. Now you/we can argue it wasn't enough but Radz did provide significant funds for transfers.
We paid for Harrison and we bought Firpo and that was it, so only one player for £13m added tothe squad. Plus £11m for Harrison as he had been on loan the previous 3 seasons
We also signed a long sort after winger for a near record transfer fee. Strange how everyone forgets what has actually happened during Radz tenure.
