Yeah I realise that Milky, its just the number of players Bielsa wants to work with. Adding another defender will either mean he dumps Davies back into the 23s and we just bought a great LB in Dramah, or he offloads Douglas.

Bielsa has his defensive unit moving in choreographed ways and he likes to keep it simple which is why he likes to limit the numbers in the squad. I dont see Douglas getting a game now?

If it isn’t going to be De Paul, the money is there to go high-profile with this midfielder chase.

Malinovskyi is a top player in Europe, although his game-time is sometimes limited in an impressive Atalanta side.

He’s good on the ball, comfortable with both feet, covers the ground well and has a fierce shot on him.

The 27-year-old will tick a lot of boxes in terms of what Marcelo Bielsa wants and his arrival would lift the lingering burden off Pablo Hernandez.

Diego Llorente and a midfielder would round off a fine window for the Whites.

Get your point doc, just think it’s intriguing that we’re loaded with more right sided defenders. Gvardiol was a left footer so made more sense (From that perspective - if not from age/experience) . Maybe he’s sticking with Dallas and sees Davis as acceptable cover.

Be interesting who the starting 2 cb’s are.

Haha Pozzo now bricking himself as Leeds known to be talking to Malinovskyi, so has said Udinese have found a replacement for De Paul as soon as he leaves for his next club. That player is the player I mentioned over 2 weeks ago from Watford, because Pozzos son owns Watford, so in reality Pozzo owns both clubs.
