It’s a journey for Bielsa/Leeds we secured and then survived a first season back in the PL and this season we’ve now got a person in charge of the loan system. Bielsa has been concerned about injuries, things are being put in place to see if we can improve on that front. There probably isn’t a more fluent operation than Man City with their unlimited funds. I’d imagine Pep invited him over to look at part of their operation on either training methods or something to do with data or methods regarding injuries to players. I’d put money on it being Bielsa wanting to improve on something so looking at how the top team handles it, what’s involved and cost
Ryan Kent said he wants to play champions League football and play with the best players in the world and he's doing that at Rangers. well you got to play the mighty Malmo Ryan. Beat you on their own patch and now they are taking your team out with 10 men in the 2nd leg. Your champions League campaign was something special lad . All the best
Doc, I don't see why they would have to sell any players, there was no signing on fee just pay his wages. Barca already estimating a loss of income in excess of 100m€ this year due to no messi merchandise sales. How many shirts will PSG sell worldwide? The real winners in this are PSG's sponsers, been plastered across every news platform in the world.
He'll be wanting to stay until their Europa League campaign is over. This month, probably. (Dons tin helmet before Shaks reads this ...).
Just in case anyone wanted to keep tabs on how the Jags are getting on ..... please log in to view this image Hope we have the same positive start ..... middle, & end!
So, has everyone from 11th downwards not played yet? And, why are there dotted lines around the team in 9th, what do they qualify for?
They qualify for the 'could possibly be even worse than Millwall' trophy, having lost 3-0 at home to the Jags last week
Not only have 11th downward not played yet, they've not been formed either! 9th place qualifies them for all-round derision!
I’ve looked out for their results since you mentioned on here that the owners don’t want promotion as it goes against their financial policy (could be wrong, but I remember something along those lines)
LOL. Don't remember that one. Must have been pished posting again. They do have a little financial story, though. Lotto winner invested in them. Gave them an £8m training ground (prolly worth more than the stadium)! Then upped & died, leaving his share to the fans. Still very recent, so nothing fully set up yet, but guessing it'll be like the Swansea model.
Dan James was the last failed Swansea model but seems to be a few https://www.swansea.gov.uk/article/37517/Service-Model-for-Adult-Social-Care
