Do you still need all the meds? I'm down to the statin & asprin now. Was on liquid cosh, and had to fight to get off it. Seems like it was standard to slow you down with it to lessen the strain on your heart. But as I said to my doctor, what's the point? The reason I'm in this state is because I'm a lazy b'stard. Do you think I'm going to start running marathons or something? Nope, still a lazy b'stard. He seen my point & took me off it, with the usual warnings. I was much better without it. That was in 2002, dunno what the score is these days.

Hi guys, looking forwards to a good win tonight. To all those wishing to lose weight/get healthier I'd advise cycling, how many live around Leeds? Those e-mountain bikes are great for the... ahem larger gent.

Cheers London. Can't do much about location as live in the suburbs.

Most cycling clubs are full of older guys and have multiple rides with some just an hour on an evening for beginners. I'm out tomorrow morning with a bunch of retirees, there's a 78 year old who has a pacemaker and leaves me for dead on the hills

On a different note does anyone know who's playing up front tonight? I would love to see Edmondson given a chance

Get well soon Norm. Never had a heart op but take plenty of meds- Metformin, Pregablin, Ramipril, Atorvastatin, Empagflzion, Lanzoprasole and two types of insulin between 5 & 7 times a day. When I sneeze other people get better
