But Bates just about knew enough to keep us in the championship after taking us down to cook the books.
All his managers were better than our last seven.

Boro must be odds on favs for auto next season with Pullis at the helm. What I would give for a top manager and can see Bruce getting Villa up because he has played the end of season well with his squad. He knew weeks ago he had top 6 so used the whole squad to keep his best 11 fit and fresh for the POs. Wish we had a top manager

We can but dream what it would be like to have someone like Bruce or Pulis in charge

This is my worry too. I mentioned a few weeks ago that I wanted Boro to go up as they'd be nailed on champions next year. Hopefully I'll be wrong, but I think it's one of those rare occasions that I get something right. :(

IF this is true then it is very concerning, not because we might be losing PH but because we have a DOF ignoring the requests of the coach. Whilst we have Orta in position forget any chance of attracting a Pullis or Bruce.

We wii never have someone of calibre of Pulis or Bruce under this regime. They won’t ever agree to work under the chuckle brothers that is Orta and rad. Pretty obvious why Monk took one look and decided to move on

I’ve been on Rads side from day one, I said I’d give him until a couple of weeks on from the end of the season fully believing both Orta and PH would be shown the door but sadly it’s looking like “as we were” at the moment.

I’m starting to believe Rads is maybe a little worried that he gave Orta too much power from day one. If Orta goes what happens with the U23 coach and all the U23 signings, the scouts abroad, various coaches and backroom staff?

Has Orta been very clever in cherry picking his yes men, employees he “takes care” of? It’s the only explanation I can come up with, I just don’t see how we can make so many mistakes with appointments and signings that sit at the feet of Orta and Rads remains content with things.

We all know PH will get the sack between now and 10 games into next season, we will all question why certain players are left out, we will all witness signings not good enough and it will be a repeat of this season, for the life of me I don’t understand why Rads can’t see this.

Rads could be clueless. That’s one possible explanation

    Indeed Eire

I knew early doors last season we were going about our business in the wrong way, so important a club gets it right from top to bottom if they want success !

With all the rummours coming out it seems the chuckle brothers haven't learned their lesson

Chuckle brothers that handle suits my sense of humour, I think we should all start using it when referring to the pair.

I guess it depends on how much money the one that stays down loses. Both overspent this season. Did anyone watch the game last night. The footballs was shocking. Fulham played a game from a different planet in comparison.
