I suppose 13million isn't too bad for a British player either way some will think it's a either a lack of ambition, a lack of money, suborness or the threat of Ffr. Maybe we don't want to have another financial meltdown and that's also why we didn't just pay top dollar for our original targets. Either way Gessa until we have the same financial clout as the top 4 or top 6 teams, there is only so far we can go in the League. Although as Jammy says, I certainly wouldn't like to be run by a faceless rich Arab or corporation.
I think the thing is Shaks, we were told by the papers, we started at £3m then went to £5m, told we would get hom if we upped it to £8m even though they wanted £10m, now it's come from them £13 was offered. Just shows it's all guess work that goes on.
