**** knows Este, I've family and friends over there who get them for me, some are season ticket holders who can't make the game because its been rearrange or for personal reasons Going to see Shamrock Rovers next week, I've got Shako a ticket if he wants it
Hold on a cotton picking minute! Leicester had scum's pants down for £75+ million for Herman Munster, we should be looking for far more than that for KP. Think Ristac made a very good point that we should only really be concerned if we sold to rivals, as in people we are trying to be in and around or climbing above (Villa etc). KP is 26 and, even with good scouting and investment he will likely be 30 before we can even dream of competing for top 4. If we want to follow the Leicester model, sell high and recruit well (including bringing the best of the youngsters through). Having said that, met KP a couple of times and he really is a good lad and Leeds through and through so hope he avoids "them" like the plague. City or Liverpool I could just about bear, they would be good career choices (although I would far rather he went abroad and won the big trophies). Oh, and morning all
"Herman Munster" Anyone who leaves Leeds United to 'better' themselves can **** right off for me, especially if we were relegated and they contributed to that, sorry it's just how I feel.
I usually do that as well but even then, sometimes I'll be put in a queue with 15 minutes wait, other times it's over an hour wait. Even if I log in on different devices at the same time, the wait time can be wildly different. It seems random in some way.
Who's the best holding midfieder out of; Kalvin Rice Rodri ...in your opinion ? Plus you're up too early...business won't really get going until the schools finish surely
Great question and the best teams all have a holding DM.. Chelsea, City, Pool have great players and so too do Leicester, West Ham and Spuds. Scum dont and why they are not near CL spot
Sorry mate, never watch england games, so can't really comment. I always liked him, right through the 23s, when many (probably rightly) didn't fancy him at all. I think Bielsa, above all, gave him the confidence to be what he is now. He was good, but not great before Bielsa. I have serious reservations as how he'll function in a 2. But not upset if he struggles at another club.
I had five devices and the best was an 11 min wait, but even then it was a rush to get three tickets. Luck plays a lot in it. But then for the scum game it was a 15 min wait and 8 tickets were got.
Kalvin Phillips thought he was a box to box midfielder. Bielsa looked at him and said no, you are good enough to play the pivot. You will disrupt, break up and play quarterback for turning defence into attack. Bielsa was right and to agree with WJ Phillips wasnt great in his previous role. The new role Marsch wants Kalvin to play hasnt worked yet, but early days So far Jesse has managed to get some results and is on course to save the season and I hope he does. However if he fails he should be asked some seriou questions on team selection. His non management of Gelhardt, basically telling the world Joffy would have started but got a knock in training, Joffy would habe started but got a false positive covid, Joffy would have started but got a dead leg playing for the 23s. We then get a fully fot Joffy who again sits on ghe bench while Dan James fails again and then Greenwood comes on. klich as DM?, Koch playing as DM?, no place for Struijk at DM even though we all know he has done much better there under Bielsa? Harrison and James always subbed why not play James on the left wing and have Harrison. I really hope Marsch pulls it off but Im worrying
When Phillips played at 10 for a while it genuinely looked like Viera was the better midfielder. Only when Bielsa got hold of him did we begin to see the dominant midfielder we see today. For England it's clear that they think Kalvin can create more than Rice and they let Rice hold and Phillips plays more like an 8. I think moving forward at Leeds (if we stop up!) Kalvin will play as a holding player with a new signing playing slightly in front of him. Forshaw will back both of these up. Obviously if we go down then he will leave, and probably to the highest bidder.
