    Southampton boss on Sky when asked about Leeds having a third bid rejected for Che Adams: Yes but he is important to the team, he hasn’t played much but I’ve made it clear to him he is important and has a future here, there is no option he isn’t available. I trust every player I’m not letting anybody go.

    They all have one thing in common, £3m to £5m with the promise of more if we get promoted. If that is all we have in the pot after all the sales then it’s poor...

    Now, we were happy to blow money on a loan for Nketiah, we are happy to do the same again in January for someone who hasn’t scored in 18 outings and who no doubt will take 3 months to get up to Bielsa speed, can someone remind me how much we got for Roofe and also remind me why we sold him?

    Could it be that it's the same fantasist starting all of the rumours.

    Not one official word on any of this & even Hull have come out & said that they've not received a bid for Bowen.

    Yet the internet insists we have .....

    Southampton manager on a Sky Sports interview said Leeds have made three bids, I watched it myself earlier. He looked annoyed that we kept going back. Pope on Twitter seems to believe if we spend more than £5m up front we risk breaking ffp I just can’t see it.

    Now I find it amazing we sold Roofe and are willing to spend these amounts on non scoring non featuring fringe PL lower team players on loan.

    £5m and an extra £15m if we get promoted, are there no teams around Europe with better players than Adams and Gray. Gayle is only £8m surely he is a better option?

    We’re just oozing desperation and I’m annoyed we allowed it to become this

    Yes but there is several types of FFP, one where the owner puts no money in, which is basically break even, or the owner being allowed the put an amount of money in, I believe we are probably working to the first one.
