Morning all. I heard Pullis last week and Santo yesterday speaking with passion about their teams and love of football. I hope I'm wrong but I listen to PH and do not get that sense of feeling for the club. We seem to have a collection of individuals instead of a team. I'm wondering if we lack leadership off the field as well as on it.
No comment it's all been said before. I just feel for the supporters who work hard to pay Premier League prices to watch 2nd league football. I think I have also said that before.

Exactly,Nail on the head their w.c quality managers have not only skill at their profession but also pride & passion,this filters down to players.Case in point look at middlesbrough before pullis (just another average mid table championship side) under monk.Now same bunch of players but under pullis,totally different side, they go out their expecting to put a shift in not only for the shirt,but for the manager,now as i said in an earlier post i would not be surprised if they ended up winning the play offs. To me good sides start with good owners & a bloody good manager,sadly for some time we have been lacking in the latter.

Whether he can deliver I don’t know but I’m certainly ok to give him time By the way I went on the Barnsley board when he was appointed and they said they wondered how Leeds fans would react to his style (they think we are ****ing prima donnas who expect Prem glory as of right, by the way).
