Yes he’s old school refreshing to see but that approach only works with those players looking to improve their skills, discipline and team work. Championship level it’s perfect for, Premier League where the average decent player is £40m and the better ones in excess of that it won’t work. Sadly the best players all carry attitude that stinks. On a recent interview they asked Harry Redknapp what the difference was between the modern day manager and old school. He said he could (used to) go into a dressing room effing and jeffing he could scream in a players face, the team captain would rip anyone not pulling their weight a new one but you can’t do that any longer.... Now it is an arm around their shoulder and a “come on son, what’s bothering you” gently gentle approach. Many myself included might not like it but that’s the way it is now. You can have the team effort and the Sheffield United, Leeds United approach but it has its limits. I want Bielsa for this season, I’m expecting mid table at best then for me, I want a larger investment and a coach who can handle the ready made superstar. If Bielsa proves me wrong great
The fa charge is to do with the pyro the players used on the pitch. There is probably a clear rule regarding this. Nothing to do with Orta or covid.
Just done a quick check on my music era bl*****he** it makes one feel old late 50s early 60s but I still have some good memories Time and place and all that
Well there is always a ray of light, you can still cherish the music that you use to get into the groove too
I do, lost some good mates on life’s journey. But enough of this. Leeds are back where they belong at last
Can someone please rescue me from all these Madonna inspired songs puns as whilst it is human nature to want to express yourself, I can see it causing a commotion. Edit : Grrrr I just noticed I've already used express yourself in a previous post, so I think I best bow out before it gets deeper and deeper
