Yep!!! hole in the heart ffs then became Citehs best ever midfielder and capped many times for Scotland.
I'm not buying this failed medical bollocks... A man of your renowned character could easily lose 8 stone with the simple aid of a vindaloo...nae problem whatsoever big man
You have a point, but as most people tend to tell me, I chat ****. So if I just go on a chat overdrive, I should be ok. Simples! It's the 40 years that concerns me more. Being old, I get most invigorated at a young lady flashing an ankle. The simple solution seems to be to avail myself to a pretty, shapely young lady to keep my energy levels up to that of a 20yo. We did trial this with Emma, but I kept overdosing when she stepped into any room where I happened to be. Fortunately, everyone assumed I'd just pissed myself 'cos "that's what old folk do". Don't you love the youff? Bless!
WJ... turns out we’re looking for a slim fit winger, not a slim fit whinger. You’re off the hook fella... grab yourself a double cheeseburger and extra fries
This failed deal is altogether odd. It doesn't seem to make sense that he wasn't fit, it doesn't seem sensible that our medical testing is more stringent than Bayern Munich, he was only transferred there last year for 10 million and it doesn't seem as though we would not have sorted the deal out before the medical, having had the recent experience of Dan James. I guess we will probably never get the real answer. I hope Radz digs deep and gets De Paul, if in fact he was wanted in the first place. This is all getting as bad as a cheap crime thriller.
Which in turn is a diversion so that we aren't out bid in our pursuit of our No1 target Adebayo Akinfenwa by our Premier League rivals.
And in another smokescreen trump has tested positive for COVID thus taking attention off our intended transfers even further
Whatever reason the deal has failed whether it be a failed medical, Bielsa not wanting him or attitude problems they’re all good reasons no to pursue the deal so that’s good by me. As others have said we’ve bought injured players before in Forshaw and Roberts and neither have worked out so for 20m you need to be sure and something was clearly up. Hopefully there is time to find another class midfielder as I think we need someone in that position due to Hernandez age and fitness, there’s still time!
The L’Quipe post is exactly the same meat except they embellished it by throwing in the bad level of fitness. Rob Price found an underlying injury that would mean the player spending some weeks on the sidelines. That should be the end of it now and feel for the kid but huge money cannot be wasted. South Americans or African players will need a work permit so think too late now for Nahitan Nandez. European players only have until Monday English based players have until the 16th so maybe why no English based player has been really gone after yet? Cantwell maybe lined up, Wilson and Kent had offers refused....
