I really thought he might give it a proper go this season. I hate to be negative but adding Lewis Baker and (if correct) Jamal Blackman isn't going to tun this squad into top six challengers. I'm also pretty apprehensive that if Bielsa really does play 3-3-1-3 in the championship with the players we've got we get a severe battering from nearly everyone in the division. I have lost all optimism, which I accept is poor without a ball being kicked, unless this transfer window turns round.
I'm particularly worried given our first 6 fixtures. Bielsa may prove us wrong and be a genius, but I'm worried that his formation and the Championship don't go together, full stop. We need quality badly.
