Not a chance is he worth that much £15m tops. I can see us selling him and loaning him back if we went down. If we stay up and are offered £50m I hope we snap their hands off

In regards to KP we need to sell him even if we do stay up. I’ve been a huge fan of his in a Bielsa team but I honestly don’t see him being that good in any other set up.

If we stay up hold out for big money for KP and Raphinha then get what we can for Roberts, Rodrigo and one of the CBs and use the cash to rebuild

And you’d trust Orta with say 100m in his wallet to spend

Just watched the league one play off game. Jack Clarke was a real handful and set up the winner.

    looked every inch a £9m footballer <laugh>

Watched it as well and agree Clarke was very good.

The lad is gauranteed a successful career for sure...what league is still to be decided.

Yes Injuries allowing. Ultimately the feet can play in the premier league, but whether the grey matter can and the attitude/desire is there. True of a lot of players.

Not really mate but what’s the answer? We can all shout and scream we want change but if Radz is in charge and he trusts Orta then we’ve two options, as we are or spend it and hope. You would hope Marsch gets a bit of a say on incomings

Transfermarkt are way off the mark. Englands best midfielder 45m? Raphinha 40m, and then say Cooper is worth 6m. Crazy imo...

    you’re right, we’d never get 6m for captain calamity.

your site has raph and Phillips less… Phillips at a quarter of the valuation:

    Raphinha 30-40 m (eur)
    Phillips at 10-15 m (eur)

…and you’re saying transfermkt valuations are the crazy ones. Unbelievable Jeff!

Meslier signed a 5 year deal last summer. If there’s no relegation release clause in it, we’re in the box seat regarding any sale.

We could probably get 15-20 for Meslier. Keepers don’t usually go for mega bucks and Meslier isn’t the finished article. He concedes a lot of weak goals and let’s be honest his distribution is terrible. If we go down I’m convinced we’d lose Phillips, Raphinha, Rodrigo, Harrison, Llorente & Koch. Possibly even James. I think Meslier would stay as he’s guaranteed first team football as he is still young but we do need an experienced back up for pressure and so he knows he can be dropped if needed.

As long as they haven’t silly release clauses I don’t thing Harrison or James would leave, nobody would give us anywhere near what we paid for James. I’m trying to think who would want Jack

i think a few would want both to be honest, though i agree - i can't imagine anyone would pay what we did for James. Spurs are meant to like Harrison.

Yes i agree harrison would be in demand. He scores goals too and when on form looks good. Do not forget the prem clubs do not all have citys millions. So if we kept james and wee jimmy if relegated that would be ok.

The thing with Harrison is he gets slated on here but most pundits, ex players and ex managers on tv really rate him. I think if we wanted to sell we could move him on easily.

I thought Harrison was the only player on saturday, to come away with any credit in the first half, always tries and always running, and never becomes invisible, the only other player recently in a Leeds shirt to have these attributes recently was Alioski.

Harrison must be wondering what he did wrong. One minute he’s linking up fantastically on the left flank with the dynamic Alioski. Next he’s got the totally inept Firpo behind him, having to constantly cover for him defensively and also somehow try to get forward and create.

We’d be better off playing Harrison at LB with James ahead of him. At this stage it’s worth a try.
