The depth of CBs demonstrates the depths of the injury crisis in my view. Not long ago we were begging Bielsa to buy a CB and the season after he bought 2. So we had Cooper, Struijk, Llorente and Koch, all very capable to cover the 2 CB roles. However this season we have had to use Hjelde, Cresswell and Ayling played more at CB than RB. So 7 players used. Nightmare season

Ask Sky to move the Chelsea game to 8pm. If they're being awkward, I'll accept 7.45 as a compromise.

Gelhardt goes off after 37 minutes, pointing to his left thigh, as he left the field, ffs

Yes when you have only one striker so you let him play for the u23s.

Given he’s been carrying a knock, maybe he was playing to get fit rather than playing because the 23s need him?

What’s the difference if it had happened in the next league game?

If the 37 minutes had been in our next league game he might have bagged a useful goal in our relegation fight. If he now misses our next league game he's definitely not going to score.

He could have got injured in training, can’t stop people playing in case of injury, they’d never be fit for a whole game.

Can we not just scrap training and the kiddy games and wrap players in bubble wrap till end of season. Might manage to keep a few fit

We do seem to have some very flimsy players, if not, what are our “well renowned” medical team monitoring?

Good idea… after that wolves game with 4 carried off, let’s bubble wrap them during the games too. Or better still not risk them at all and ask the pools panel to decide.
