I wouldn’t be familiar with the drinking spots in Dublin biggest crowds and music will likely be around the temple bar area but it will also be the most expensive area too. 10 or 11 euros for a pint of Guinness

 

What, more expensive than London

 

That would be the yuppy touristy area in fairness. Way out of my league. Son in law plays in a band up there fairly regularly

 

My idea of hell

 

Same here mate. Same here. Actually went out to a pub gig in local town of Mullingar last night for the Patrick’s weekend. Absolute disaster. I was probably 30 years too old to be in there. Wouldn’t serve me as I was wearing trackies and yet most of the women were barely wearing anything. Couldn’t wait to get out of there

 

Maybe all the women took off their tracksuits to comply with the bar's dress code. You should have threatened to do the same Eire
