On top of that his team is new and still learning his tactics, by the time we play them he will also have De Jong and a new top striker, even Gakpo.
No games for a month cannot be a good thing. Yes it's extra time for players returning from injury but everyone else will lose their match sharpness and then have to be ready to hit the ground running on 2nd October. We then have a run of games before it's another 6 weeks off from 13th November for the World Cup. Gonna be a crazy season and just hope we're still a PL club at the end of it.
What did surprise me as I saw it on the bbc website was, it was the only news they couldn't blame on climate change.
I was expecting a defeat, against them no matter what. For me the bigger blow is Forest and all the new players they have, the coach couldn’t possibly know his best 11 yet and the importance of three points against them was far greater
this… normally you don’t want promoted sides early doors as they still have the promoted team bounce… but with forest having a completely new team, the best time to get them is early. Points on the board (assuming we’d have got them) would help ease table pressure too.
Best way to stop those two being injured is don't involve them. It's a good job Bamford was cheap to buy because value for money he is not.
Don't be daft London, I never took your comments as being rude. Leeds was a rugby city well before Leeds city never mind Leeds Utd appeared on the map. I've always watched the two ever since the days of Eddie Waring the up and at them commentator. Although if they clash kick off time I'll always watch Leeds Utd.
