Hjelde actually played LB while on loan to Ross County from Celtic so he can cover that position. He may even be the best option for that position eventually if the CB positions are taken by more established players.
Question to the forum. Are there any players who start regularly that have improved or even maintained last seasons standards? I'm thinking Meslier and Struijk look to have improved from last season. Other than that I'm really struggling.
I think Meslier isn’t as good as last season, I’m not saying he is bad, just a very slight backward step. Forshaw is a positive, Struijk I’d agree maybe slightly better although he was always knocking on the door to be first choice
