Good call, but personally I think we are done, we have spent a lot of money, bought some real class, and Bielsa has a plan.
Only cantwell of those could really do the foreshaw replacement/klich competition in my view. The others are wingers really. cantwell is generally played in a 10 or wide attacking role for norwich, so they may have seen him more as Pablo alternative who could do a job in klich the role. So, I think cantwell is a maybe or A Nother. If you look at this team, who are the hardest players to replace due to injury/suspension from within the squad: Phillips because currently it means playing a defender there, which will impact our build up play. Klich, because the replacement is shaks/u23. For a Prem squad we’re very light in midfield numbers... and we’re even 1 down for a bielsa squad. So Its not hard to see why it’s thought to be next on the list. But I don’t imagine we’ll panic buy. If there’s no viable domestic options then, we’ll prob be flirting with people for January.
