Take reported heights with a pinch of salt... especially for younger players... he might still be growing! I’ve seen 5’11 and 6’1 quoted and although Harrison is shakoesque in stature the 6’1 figure looks nearer to the mark to me. Whichever, Bielsa is fine playing a smaller centre half... or midfielder as a second centre half. Be very surprised if White is here as a starter. Cover for cooper and Pontus... hopefully means if one of them is crocked we don’t have to play Philips out of position. .
@LeedsLover EllandBack bumped an old thread, I’d posted a reply to you some 18 months ago and it looks like you thought I’d replied recently. It’s been deleted now I’ve no idea what it was all about but just wanted to clear up any misunderstandings
I have Ben White down as 6'3" Jack Harrison signed a contract extension with Man City to 2022 and then was promptly loaned out to Leeds who also have an option to buy if we get promotion. Reckon thats just a way of making sure they get a good price for their asset. It's thought that Helda Costa will also be an option to buy if we get promotion and that loan deal could be very soon
Yep, I was reading the title page, and found it thought provoking. I didn't realise there was any argument which would have been months if not years old and far forgotten...
Yep, Brighton site had him at 5ft 11 last night but like Harrison he could have sprung up in last few hours
Ben White nicknamed Long Ben is 9'3" according to the LA Lakers Looking at him in his interview and photos of him doing his medical he looks taller than 6' but he's lean. Didnt realise that he can play right back as well.
