    Dutch babies came first. The Yorkshire pudding was a copy of it brought ot England by south London sailors in the sixteenth century. The local south Londoners didn't like it because it didn't go with jellied eels, so they sent it north where they would eat anything.

    That dutch baby thing looks nowt like a yorkie pudding.
    Yorkshire puddings are flat,baked in a baking tray,eaten with gravy before the roast,then after with jam or treacle.
    Non of this poncy fluffy round stuff.
