Look, we’ve already got barndoor Bamford, I can’t be doing with chaceless Che and reckless Ryan as well (I’ll fetch me coat)
Farke has a very specific way of setting up a team and is stubborn about this (or principled, if you want to look at it more positively), so if your current style isn't similar, a) you may have to be willing to see a lot of change and buy into a new 'philosophy', and b) you'll probably have to be patient while he gets everything into place. His first season with us was very underwhelming, but the following one when we were going head to head with yourselves and Sheff U was stunning. To be honest, I hope you don't appoint him because I'm a big fan and I don't want to see Norwich playing against him. I'd also add that many Norwich fans would be happy to see him back in charge at the club (but not me - I'm a big believer in 'never go back'). As for Webber, I'd personally be delighted if you took him off our hands. Suffolk Canary is right to say that he has done a lot of really positive things off the pitch in terms of infrastructure and so on, but he is a very divisive figure and he has helped to create a real gulf between the club hierarchy and both the fans and the local media. Regarding matters on the pitch, he's been a mix of inspired and woeful, (he appointed both Daniel Farke and Dean Smith, for instance), so it's hard to be sure, but my personal opinion is that a lot of the inspiration with regard to players came from Kieran Scott, who left us for Middlesbrough, after which there has been much more woe than inspiration. All of this is just my opinion, of course, and for balance you may want to look at Suffolk's earlier post.
