You tend to get disruption in the dressing room when things are not working on the pitch. Painstaking training regimes, intense pressure, dreadful results creating an atmosphere like a morgue.

Things definitely aren't working on the pitch, and if they are listening to him we're ****ed and if they aren't we're still ****ed. **** knows what my point is but we're ****ed, we're going down with Ted in charge.
With hindsight it was a brave and correct decision. I'd have just preferred they owned it and didn't try and make a narrative that somehow the decision was simply bringing forward a plan that would have had to be implemented in the summer anyway.
