Leeds United face Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday 20th February (2pm) and we are looking forward to welcoming all of our fans to Elland Road for the fixture. To ensure the safety of all supporters, some measures have been put in place that we ask you to please take note of, where applicable. The main gates at the entrance to the John Charles West Stand Car Park on Elland Road will only allow access to away fans. Please note that no home fans will be permitted entry via this entrance on Sunday. They should build a walkway from the car park for away fans.
Yeah it is Gessa, I used my 195 euro Aer Lingus refund voucher for the flight to scum for me and my young lad.
The same silly marking that ended 16 years of pain & enabled one of the most exhilarating 1st seasons in the PL. It won us the support of so many real football supporters, not matter the team they support. Why? Because they love football. For them, and me, winning is only a part of football. For some, & which I suspect includes your good self, winning is the only thing worth talking about - every other aspect is simply material with which to perfect ridiculous Victor Meldrew outbursts. Are you really saying that you've never once enjoyed a game we've won with 'that silly man marking"? There are plenty to choose from.
If we give man utd a game i will enjoy it. But if bielsa fecks up again it will piss me off. Be careful at the game on Sunday as the gales may blow your kilt up and put roberts off his shooting.
It could be argued that it works in the Championship but you need a better quality of player to pull it off in the PL
With some real pace in midfield ending up with Llorente looking a right charlie due to us having non.
Aha! So that's how we got ourselves relegated last year! What a pish argument if you're daft enough to use it.
Norwich are at home to Brentford on Saturday 5th March so get a full eight days recovery time before they play Leeds.
I said it could be argued, so looking at our goals conceded this year, what do you pinpoint it on? Why do you favour the man to man marking approach?
I said right at the start of the season on this forum that 2nd season syndrome is real. First year the players adrenaline is pumping, we’re new to the other teams, but if you don’t evolve with better quality it catches up on you, like Sheffield united found out. Bielsa, Radz and co are a little too loyal.
Good question and worth debating. My opinion is we do not have the pace in midfield and leave such as Llorente exposed far too often. It used to be Kalvin who got the blame. Even i thought he went to sleep at times till i realised it was the system we played. Just my opinion of course and i realise not everone thinks that.
