    Good Morning Everyone

Robbie Gotts has been handed an extension to his contract that will see the versatile youngster stay at Elland Road until the end of the 2019-20 season.

Gotts, who can play as a full-back or a winger, has been a regular for the U23's this season.

Dwight Gayle will serve a two-match suspension with immediate effect after accepting a charge for ‘Successful Deception of a Match Official’.

It followed the awarding of a penalty in the 89th minute of West Brom’s game against Nottingham Forest in the Championship on 12/02/2019.

Obviously, he'll be back for the Leeds game!

Who would you say was our most under rated player this season is?

Who has been the most disappointing player this season?

    Morning All,

Most underrated I would say is Cooper, just does his work and the most disappointing......well nobody really, top of the league and looking good.

I seriously hope we get promoted this year but hell! is there some serious work being done at U23 & U18 level. It was always said this was a 5 year project and almost 2 years in and top of each league we are in!!??

Keep the faith and stop dissing our folk

    Morning all.

Looking at the fixtures this weekend, looks like 3pts for the blunts and the canaries. Puts us into the playoffs on goal difference.

Let’s hope the break really does work for us, given we come back to 3 games with little break in between.

Think i’ve been more disappointed in the injuries we have suffered, particularly the long term ones. This has prevented us dropping players when their form has dipped and who needed a rest or a kick up the backside. Don’t really want to round on any players as this has been our best season for over a decade and we need to keep fighting.

Phillips I think will be player of the season.

Ooops sorry Dwight Gayle, yes he should serve a suspension but that really doesn't right any wrong. There should be an ability to rescind the award of the penalty. It is a discreet activity and should be expunged form the match records as it was cheating.

    Morning all..

I was thinking about this Gayle incident the other day and looking at it compared to Spygate. If Forest miss out on the playoff by 1 point and/or ourselves or Norwich on the Autos to WBA by one point it’s history changing.

I agree with Eric, WBA should be deducted the goal and hence 1 point BUT our Roofe handball goal, our non penalties awarded, other players who have cheated this season, it’s another grey area.

I’m not disappointed in any of the first team squad, I expected a bit more from Douglas and Forshaw, Klich has exceeded expectation, Phillips would walk player of the year if the season ended today 2nd and 3rd toss a coin between Pablo, Cooper and Pontus although I’d expect Pablo as it’s more of a recognised performance rather than quietly going about your business.

Perhaps the suspensions should be more specific and prevent such a player playing in a a couple of matches against close competitors rather than Aston Villa And QPR, perhaps suspension for the two games after the QPR match would have been a better punishment.

Morning, on Gayle I also saw WBA have had 6 penalties this season so maybe the occasional ban for diving is a price worth paying.

    Morning all :emoticon-0148-yes:

Want to start on the Gayle suspension first and back up comments from others: This has shown everyone just how useless and corrupt the EFL really are. I say corrupt because of the Spygate issue where 3 EFL Board members signed a letter demanding points deduction. The EFL supposedly carry out an investigation without said 3 board members. Damage done already you useless cnts as they have already tainted any outcome. Forest robbed of 2 points would be a place higher in the table and WBA would be 1 places lower.

The last time they screwed things up was when Sheff Utd under Warnock were relegated from the Prem because WHU had used 2 illegal players and were given a huge fine, but their points they illegally gained were not touched which relegated the Blunts. They took them to court and were awarded £30m, which compensated them for losing the prem revenue which wasnt as much as today.

Phil Hay has written a great piece about Spygate where he is now almost saying the EFL are bringing the season into disrepute as no rules have been broken and the issues revolving around this could have an effect on the league run-in, which is unfair as beneficiaries of this would be 3 board members of the EFL especially big mouthed Bristol owner and Norwich. I think the EFL dare not pull the trigger against Leeds because the fall-out and court cases and tribunals will be expensive for them as Radz has all his ducks in a row regarding rules and who in the EFL has and is still breaking rules without punishment. I actually saw a tweet from a Southampton fan the other day who said Leeds would be unlucky if punished because he knows of 1 team who do x y and Z (Cant remember) which breaks the exact same clause Leeds are being investigated on. Radz saw the tweet and responded with applause and thanks.....

Is it fair that we have to play 3 games in 6 days whilst everyone else plays 2? The rearranged game should have been done earlier or later

Going back on Ellands original question, player most under rated has got to be Phillips,a tireless worker for the cause of Leeds united,ALMOST reminds me of a David Batty.I don't like to knock anyone, but i am  for me the most dissapointing is Douglas,as when we got him i was hearing what a freekick specialist/dead ball taker he was, thaught wow just what we need after watching Pablo/Alioski take them :embarrassed: that side of his game just hasn't shone through (if any of it has).

N606 had a glitch for a few minutes - back up and running now though.

A forum mod can do it for you Doc - otherwise just edit and delete the text and put a full stop on its' own in its' place.

Morning all. Interesting how were all shouting for WBA to lose points for the Gayle incident. Then we should also lose the point we got against Forest when Rooffe handled ball into net. That would give Forest four more points. Where would this bullshit end ffs. Most under rated player has to be Izzy, cant get enough of him
