Well it seems young 17yo Charlie Cresswell was playing the White role yesterday in training, so guess Struijk, Casey and Cresswell will all be getting a go at it because lets face it we will struggle to have a new CB ready to go for the first game of the season now. Gonzalez is primarily a Left winger who can play anywhere across the front line... so I’m guessing he’s seen more as competition for Harrison/costa rather than bamford.. ie if we’ve been looking at Benrahma... gonzales is probably like for like.
