I hope you’re right. I can’t see top six myself and actually think this is going to be a tougher season. I’ll be delighted with no relegation fears.
After a superb first season back in the PL, if we can’t be optimistic the day before the first match of the following season we never will be. No doubt there’ll be a few occasions when results go against us and the inevitable doomsters and gloomsters will have their say and when that happens I’ll deal with it. Just because we had a great ninth place finish there’s no reason we shouldn’t try and improve on that. Thankfully Bielsa thinks that way too.
The mental gymnastics needed to go from this is a great mark of respect to it being ruined by the players doing the thing they have chosen as their message to raise awareness of racism is amazing. Regardless of whether you think taking the knee is right or wrong i would hate to be in your head were it is so angry that you can't keep these two things separate. Sad
Things to be not happy about but happy about: Raphinha has been called up to play for Brazil for the first time
When Liverpool and Chelsea are wanting to buy him later this season he should remember that Bielsa did that for him
You have your opinion of the knee (yuk) hate that phrase. I am not a racist or sad but will not support this as it achieves nothing. Blm does not matter as it is a political violant movement. So when i wish to express my view in future i will ask your permission first. Or should i consult muslims and see what whitey can and can't do. Yes i know a few of those around me too. I served with black people and never knew racism existed because to us it did not. So my deepest apologies to your superior views and will dissappear in to my sadness. Forgot to add F. U. C. K. BLM
I mean if you read my comment again I did day regardless of your thoughts on taking the knee. Whether I agree with it or not my point was to go from "isn't it good that we are taking the time to honour our lost ones" to "oohh, bloody players taking the knee. I don't like that so I'm gonna get real angry" is quite sad. Your response has backed up my second point. Rather than try to correct what you think is my view you've reeled off an angry, petulant little rant my to turn yourself into the victim. Again, it must be hell being so angry all the time
Surely opinion means fcuk all? I mean, if they've passed, they've passed! Deid as we say in Scotland. Dead parrot as they said in MPFC. So you think they might not have passed?
