    On this day 23 years ago we beat Brighton 1-0 at the Goldstone Ground thanks to Keith Edwards 75th minute winner. (Leeds in White tops)

    Thought you had got it wrong, as I remembered being their, 33 years ago not 23, I know I lose the odd day during lock down, but not 10 years <yikes>

    Not sure but have a feeling they forgot part of their kit and had to borrow shorts off BHA. ;)

    Was at that one too! Remember they forgot an away kit that didnt clash with Brightons home white shorts. They borrowed the red off of Brighton.

    Correct, Leeds kit man forgot the shorts, so had to wear Brighton's away shorts.

    I remember Millwall having to wear the Leeds away kit in 1987, it was stated at the time that the kit man had lost the kits on route but I later found out that some rascals had nicked the kit on the train going up there. <cheers>

    We lost 2-0 so I’m sure they got the kit of as quick as they could once the game was over.
