No football on BBC Scotland next Friday night, but there is a program on at 7pm called 'Playing the Whistle'. The 2 pundits (ex-players) appear to go on a referee/linesman course. Both commented that they now understand how difficult a job it is to do after being put through their paces. Might be worth a watch for us to get an inkling.
