There is only so much a coach can do with any player but their will always be ceilings, some lower than others. One day we’re going to have to admit that it isn’t the coaches fault, we just lack in a few key areas. Keeper, Central Defence, Striker, our spine is poor right through the middle, throw in Ayling injured and our inability to sign a decent left back and we’re always going to be against the ropes. I’d say he would be a good appointment, won a promotion, tons of experience, plays attacking football, knows what the pressure is like when on a bad run, can’t be worse than PH but...
