Perhaps because their menu clearly says they only serve fresh haddock. Given they don’t say it about other stuff why don’t you believe them.
No disrespect, but who can claim to have the best fish shop in the world (I include glory in this) ???????? Who has been to them all to compare???? I happen to think the best I've had has been at a beautiful little place in Whitsable, an amazing meal near Jervis Bay in Australia but would not suggest no better is out there. and this is how bored I am that Ive joined in this
No, no no the best Fish and Chip shop in the world is the one you haven't found yet, don't settle for mediocre always strive for perfection !!!!
