Didn't get Rob Bowman but got the rest.

Its a good era for me. I was in my mid-teens and was obsessed. I thought Mark Ford was the next David Batty. Season ticket, most away games and the freedom of travelling with my mates from school or college with no adults to watch over us. Freedom.

You got brolin then? Cracked up that only 35% of people picked him in the team for his debut match

Goal! Sheffield United 2, Portsmouth 0. Patrick Bamford (Sheffield United) left footed shot from very close range following a corner.

I think I would have preferred him to stay rather than DCL.

Thought he looked pretty good the other night, made some great passes

always said we should never have let him go, now he's fully fit he'll show what a top tier operator he is... damn Farke and his falling out with players.
Fully fit and Bamford are rarely used together for long. Hence the short contract which will probably be only renewed a few injuries at a time. Leeds did the correct thing in not offering him a deal.

We didn't need to offer him a deal, Bamford signed a 5yr contract in the 2021-22 season so he had two years left. No idea what it cost us for those two years to say on your bike but it does seem a little strange. It seems Farke told him he isn't in his plans and we had maybe hoped we could let him leave on the cheap freeing up his wage, instead we released him and paid him off and signed another £100k a week player who is equally as bad at finding the back of the net

When you put it like that...

Saw on talkSPORT that “they understand” Leeds are in discussions with Ange (have they seen his defensive record?) and Brendan Rogers, they haven’t elaborated any further.

Not like you to not have your irony meter switched on wakey. Didn’t think I needed an emoji for that one
