Remember **** take lots of deep breaths.....oh wait a minute

Comma missing after ****. Is it a pause or a pause and the end of a sentence after breaths? In which case it should be a capital o in oh, followed by a comma and an ellipsis, a full stop or an ellipsis plus a full stop after minute.
 
Isn't every letter on the screen made with loads of little dots?
