Good post Bri. Agree with every word. Personally, I like the fact that Roger has posted this thread for Billy. It's what mates do. But you're right, sometimes you have to stand up to your own mates and say, you know what, you're wrong and you've gone too far. Blind loyalty, like blind faith, is just blind. And I should have been asleep hours ago.
I was wondering what had happened to him recently, I miss his input, abrasive maybe, but all part of life's grand tapestry.
He`ll be back on the board in a few days (if he chooses to return at all of course) and with the internationals he won`t even miss a weeks predictions. What I don`t want to see is people from other boards coming on here with the sole intention of provoking him into another reaction. I don`t want to see that at all but I suspect I might.
To be honest, he was already on his high horse before they turned up. He was well into the swing of it. Attacking me. The visitors came over when Albert put the link drawing attention to him attacking me and my having to defend myself against him on me tod as per as everyone is ****ing spineless with the lad. So does that make me bad like the visitors? For challenging his ignorance when not one single on of his own mates had the balls to stand up and tell him. It's the visitors who come over get the blame because nobody on Billy's own board has the balls. They don't like him Pops, because of the things he says, you don't want visitors coming over to challenge that sort the ignorance. They're not coming over and having beef with everybody. Just Billy and the dumbarses who blindly defend him. ****, it might just be Billy that's got them here. Sort the biggots out and they have no reason to be here. It's not a tough concept. Billy attacked multiple members from his own board that day, blaming visitors is an absolute bullshit cop out imo. A cop out which condones and encourages his behavior because the attention is being forced on somebody else.
I missed all of this but having a 37 year old vegetable at home, bed bound for the last 2 years, needing 24/7 care which I do 65% of, pad changes 5 times a day the full works for 7 years, I probably have more knowledge than the doctors now on Cerebral Palsy and although it's a zero life, the love and devotion for that person makes it affect you when you know they are clean and dry. If anyone was to knock on my door and criticise Lollie in any way, I would be on a murder charge, simple as that. People's ignorance to people's needs makes this one ****ty society we live in, I gave up a life for my girl as a pro photographer and I relish the next 7 years doing the same again and watching our beautiful daughter grow..
