The owners have taken us from 16th in the Championship to last 16 of the Champions League. They clearly have got a clue.

Which is exactly the point I'm trying to make. The club has a duty to the Leicester fans to try and avoid the drop imo.

The senior players sniding him is a ****ing disgrace. They've been playing like drains for most of this season, after landing bumper new contracts, off the back of what he helped guide them to last season.

Yet they've felt the blame should be taken by him, and they've stuck the knife in his back.

I thought Pearson and Ranieri did that?

Who hired Ranieri regardless of the joke everyone thought it was? and suck with Pearson through ostrich-gate? The owners have done everything that they can to build this club up and achieve success.

Lets hope that this gives them the psychological kick up the arse that they need then, because your totally right, the owners and Ranieri have taken the brunt of the flack because of the players lackadaisical approach to this season.

Do you think sacking the manager saves you from this?

The people who got you into this position are still largely there.

I'm not sure the players have been lackadaisical. I think they played so far above themselves for a season that they are pretty much burnt out. Also, most are really not that great. And two overweight ageing CBs are looking pretty exposed just now. Huth and Morgan were an excellent old school pairing, they'd have been great in the 1970's, and somehow that worked last season, but now Leicester just have a couple of slow old boats at the back.

I don't see how a change of manager is goung to change that.

  11. Ian Holloway would be worth a look. He has Prem experience and bags of character.

    Time will tell.

The person in charge of it all isn't still here, you'd expect there to be changes.

If there isn't and we go down then fair enough, but we were almost certainly going down at the current rate. Something had to change.

He's not interested, nor would I expect him to be.

    He's good mates with Claudio.

It sounds extremely likely to me that it's true. In the hotel or the private terminal lounge at the airport they've obviously nailed the poor ****.

Modern PL footballers boil my piss.
