98% relegated. The 2% is by some chance we sack off Ranieri and get a customary honeymoon period

Sorry John, based on what I'm currently watching your being over generous with the 98%. It's hard to see where the next win might come from.

I think it's about right or 99%. As I say, a new manager can cause the most unlikely of turnarounds for any side so there's always that percent. Leicester under Ranieri are 100% down and probably battling relegation to league 1 this time next year!

Can't see Ranieri lasting the night.

1 goal in 8 games. No excuse, he needs to walk.

As a supporter of a lower league team, who can only dream of the riches of premiership football, I am no way trying to gloat. Ididnt expect "back to back" championships, but didn't think your fall from grace would be quite as spectacular.

Can you get him to take that "Champions of England" flag with him? It's embarrassing if foreigners see it.

Lower league football is so much better. Who do you support?
I know you're not gloating, we're **** and must accept that

I'm a Charlton fan. Our fall from grace has been spectacular, to say the least. An owner that wants to try to redefine how football is run and a CEO who, in any other business, would have been sacked almostly immediately for gross incompetence.

    Jesus another loss.

Leicester have been a total enigma since coming back into the league.

They've ripped up any convention of just 'stay up and aim for solid mid table' - smashing the league and then could go down.

That film that there were rumours of being made could have a part 2 if they don't buck up their ideas.

I bet their fans are totally numb.

Mental. Marez and Vardy should easily be enough to stay up but Vardy is out of form and I've not heard a word about Marez all season.

I will still say that I would always take supporting the rollercoaster that is Leicester over some teams that in fairground terms are more teacups than rollercoaster. It's not good right now though, all we ask is to see some effort and for the match to not be a fullgone conclusion before it has even begun!

I really can't see them surviving at the moment.

    Unbelievably poor

    I think you're right.

The board are showing loyalty because of last year. He needs to understand this and walk for the good of the team before his reputation really suffers with you guys going down.

If he goes you could stay up and his success last year is remembered and not the "yeah but they went down the year after".

  16. "It is my very firm opinion that a top 4 finish this season will come at the cost of complete and utter humiliation next season, in both the CL and the Prem."
    (HIAG, 17 January 2016)

I do hate to keep bringing this up, but that is what I said, at a time when LCFC were ruling the roost, this time last year. I saw their spectacular fall as clear as day, and I was pilloried for it.

And before some of you start bleating on about "Yeah, but they haven't been humiliated in the CL!" Yes, they have - please go back and have a look at the Porto game. Plus, do any of you seriously think that they are not going to get humiliated further in that competition? Getting through the group stage counts for nothing if you are going to get trounced in the knock-out stage.

I'm sorry that I called this one absolutely smack-bang on the nail, but that is the way I roll. Please, lads and ladies, don't shoot the messenger.

    True.

    Certainly exciting!

I hope you stay up otherwise its tough to see another team in the future doing what you did last year.

I don't think Claudio is the man but who do you get in?

The tough scrappers like Big Sam and Pulis are taken.

    Not a bad shout actually.

He had no time with Sunderland in the summer so its not really his fault.

He'd be good for Leicester and they could become a decent mid table outfit under him.

I'll never be embarrassed at being Champions of England.

Great. We'll go from a team with a leaky defence that can't score to a team with a leaky defence that can't score.
