A new show from HBO and another silly premise. One day 1 in 50 of the worlds population disappears. Poof, just like that. Wan minute their there next minute, gone. Three years later is where this story stsrts. Only seen the pilot and it was a bit of a slow burner. It does have strangeness galore though. It's also very well made so I'll stick with it.
This has actually developed into a very good show. It's pretty ****ed up but the cast is excellent and the character development is extremely interesting Christopher Eccleston plays a particularly mental minister. .
I have watched the first six episodes Aldo. It gets better as it goes on. There's a lot of talk of them pulling the plug on it after the first season as it is so bleak. Makes True Detective seem like The Mighty Boosh at times Justin Theroux is excellent in it.
I watched it from the start Mo. It's pretty freaky . Channel 4 will be showing the second series sometime soon I hear.
Tell you what's really freaky mate I went on the proxy thread today to try and give Hoopy's reaction to the reinstatement. I just can't do it anymore I tried about three times, but proxy Hoopy has somehow been exorcised or something.
I shall try and give it a watch mate. I still haven't seen that Mr Robot one that you recommended, I noticed it's showing on Netflix next week so I'll let you know what I think. Looking forward to seeing it.
