He needs to be proven at getting a team from the championship to the prem (or at least get them to the play offs)

I don't want any Scottish league managers i.e. Derek Mcinness it's a different standard

Dave Jones, Billy Davies, or in a dream Martin O'Neil, who isn't even mentioned by the bookies

Mark Hughes would be a big name outside shot
