I have a feeling they will offer 3M plus one of their players who won't cut it in the premiership (like HH). I'd rather hold out for 5m+ though.

As much as I love the Iceman I think we would go for someone a couple of years younger! Unless of course he has been doing his badges!

Err hang on a minute Hornette, you played strip poker ...... Streuth. The most interesting bit of summer sport for me was being sent out on my motorbike to buy some tinnies at lunchtime, then drinking them whilst watching snooker in black & white (the pink is behind the yellow - I was watching when he said that!).

So we went to play tennis slightly drunk, the tennis teacher asked if we were alright. Yes Sir we said!!!!! He never would have guessed (Dr Bingham the language teacher!).

Strip poker - why did the girls always win?????

lol Elixir - i don't know how to play poker, even now! And for some reason, the boys would never let me know what the rules were! lol.

Really? they said the pink behind the yellow? lol...i don't remember that! lol.

lol he didn't realise you were slightly drunk? Ooh la la!

When we did play golf it was to the accompaniament of carlsberg special brew or home made wine, tee shots from 17th were fun aim 45 degrees into the gardens, bad lads. I was an ok runner norway but it was my sister who broke the school records....and what does running make? Dodgy knees, anyway in those days I was only just over half my current weight, can you imagine running up scotts hill with a 45kg rucksack on your front? Thats what its like today.

Glucosamine, fish oil and the right sort of exercise, injections helped, some sort of acid but still not any use for impact running, ankles, toes, knees, hips/lower back all indicate too much weight

5m+ for DG. The top dollar will come from newly promoted versus newly relegated bidding war. How much is he potentially worth to QPR to help them stay up? How much would he be worth to the Hammers to go back up (should they go down of course ) ? When he makes the difference between Prem or no Prem, he's worth 5m, maybe... 10  ?

Since Mrs L's heart attack she was put on a diet high in natural fish oils - mackerel etc so fish oil and omega3 are things we get plenty of
