I think a serious youth policy is the way to go. Invest in coaches too...fitness and skill coaches. Pay top dollar for the coaches and we'll see the benefits in future years. That said I wouldn't mind another ageing great like Collins or Strachen come to the club...just please no more 30-something journeymen.
