Just piss poor so far. To many players playing slow and crap.

 

Dummett must turnover possession even more than Colback. Colback is just a walking panic attack. Gayle's absent, Diame's having another Sissoko game. Gouffran, Yedlin, Shelvey all rubbish.

It's terrible. It was predictable before we kicked off, it's predictable after we kick off. We had a nice spell playing a more attack minded 4-1-4-1, yet here we are yet a-fcking-gain with this tiresome, cumbersome 4-2-3-1.

All these elegant long passes off the pitch from Shelvey and Ritchie, Colback and Yedlin constantly giving it away and Diame blundering around like an intoxicated donkey....good job Villa are **** too.

 

I honestly blame colback. He sits in the position that shelvey plays and controls. Rendering two players in the most important positions useless. Then we have Diame who jogs around like forest Gump. Goufran doing nothing. Ref giving them everything.

 

The thing is what is Rafa watching and doing playing colback. He is woeful.

Gayle was at least giving us some running up front. Colback does just get in the way. Diame plays too much with his back to goal in useless areas. Could do with Mitro turning up here. The game feels a bit bad tempered which is never ideal with him in the pitch

 

Jonjo Shelvey will never learn. Up to now there's precious few positives.
