    He's made 1 appearance and looked really good in it against top opposition. Unless he himself has not settled and is not enjoying it here, then it would seem pretty weird for us to decide we don't want him at this stage. Arguably a little weird that he hasn't seen more game time.

    I usually think the idea of signing former players is daft, and even we don't really need a CDM, but we do need someone like him on the pitch.

    Someone with leadership qualities and that isn't a complete and utter pussy that panics if things don't go our way.

    and don’t forget his rehab period. Personally I doubt he’ll have much effect on our season & iirc, his contract finishes this season. Would anyone in their right mind offer him an extension?
