Sooo who wants Ings now?

I was one who questioned it in the summer as I said I hadn't seen him play and he hadn't played in the Prem. I certainly would want him now. He's adapted really well to the Prem and looks the perfect foil for Pelle.

I really want him, and did always want him. Just stressed out that now other teams will be in for him, when I feel he was originally our target. Price rise etc.

Have to laugh at everyone saying Kane wasn't good enough for us as well <laugh>

I did. I still don't want him! Good dive though, perfect execution

Any other suggestions for a striker??

He's young, strong, scores goals, time to improve. We have a habit of improving young English players as well.

I could see a "JRod swap with Kane" style deal taking place. I'm not sure how much cash would be involved to make up any difference in perceived value either.

Me too, I hope it's us that gets a decent chunk of cash though, anyone know how long Kane has on his contract?

Saying that, doubt Spurs would be happy to let him leave now!!

Ok, I'll give you that he looks to have improved a lot, I didn't think he had this level of performance in his locker at Premier League standard. I just think he looks so cumbersome on the ball and not particularly switched on. Decent aerial threat though and works hard, chasing everything in sniffing rebounds etc.

In terms of suggestions, I'd much rather go for Ings or Austin in the summer when one or both clubs have been relegated. Otherwise, my first choice would be Bony but that would be a sideways step for him and, as such, is probably unrealistic. Otherwise look abroad where the lure of Premier League wages would give us a good chance of getting a top player. Soriano? Bacca? Lacazette?
