Transfer Rumours The January 2015 Window

He's just getting his excuses in early. I know he's done well for us this season despite not getting his move, but I still want to give him a smack (even if that ruins my chance of fronting Top Gear).

 

I take that as positive. I am of the believe that he is off even if we do, so this is a small step in the half pint full direction

 

In fairness he probably does deserve to move on after staying this year, not that it was really his choice but he has got on with it and played extremely well. We've shown we can cope with losing stars so not the end of the world if he, and most likely Clyne too, leave the club.

 

It probably just be a excuse he uses. So instead of I want to leave and go to a bigger club. It will be I want to play in the CL.

 

I was more offended that he wanted to go to Spurs last season. Arsenal not so much.

 

Just a question of which one he'll choose come 2020.

 

Spurs are probably looking at their lad and wondering if they got a dud....after all he hasn't got the Saints seal of quality

Schneiderlin is getting annoying. He really should have learned his lesson last summer about making noises in the media.

 

Apparently you can say anything in French and we'll never get to hear about it

 

From what I read he'd said he would stay at Saints if we qualified for the Champions League. But really, what do you expect him to say? "Would you like to play in the Champions League, Morgan?", "No". "Would you like to double your earnings, Morgan?". "No".

They have to do these press conferences and they should be honest or come across as being total idiots. Please note though that he never said, "I want to play for Arsenal". That is the press taking his words and making of them whatever suits their agenda.

 

I think every Saints supporter knew about his intentions to leave if we were not in the top 4.... Is it just the media catching up 6 months late? Even Sky are talking about it.

 

They've never really stopped talking about it...I think some in the media already think he's left.

 

According to Jack FM news last night Kenwyne Jones is Joining the Cherries on loan for the rest of the season from Cardiff providing he gets international clearance

 

He is Marv, as posted by a few people on the football league thread.

Well one good bit of news. Miranda has said he will stay at Atletico Madrid until his contract ends in two years time.
