Let's hope the owners learn lessons from this season's mistakes & "flirtation" with relegation.

We need to back Clement in the transfer window and build upon his "success" in the second half of the season!

Next week we can go to The Liberty & enjoy ourselves.

Think I will dress up as Steve McQueen from The Great Escape!

Taff agree, Just hope that the owners back Clement and allow him to pick the players he feels he needs to get us going next season. Rather than Jenkins picking his usual ****ing rubbish. I hope they back him financially sufficiently to strengthen in the areas required. Clement will keep us up inthis league if he is backed by them upstairs.

I wonder what the reception towards Judas will be next week now that we are safe?

We've got away with it this season, sign 4-5 players of real quality and we can target top 10 next season. Signing quality will be key to keeping Gylfi.

Seriously, what do you think is the likelihood of Jenkins backing Clements?

Got to work out which 3 teams could be below us next season.

:bandit:

The dream would be Arsenal. Manchester United and the Real Chavs (West Ham United) The reality it will be at least one of this season's promoted teams from the Championship and anyone who finished 8th downwards in this season's PL as all are much of a muchness and I don't see a huge difference nor expect anything different from 8th down except a shuffling of the pack.

I still think we will be shopping in Poundland and I just worry that after the Yanks have taken their chunk for their bank accounts there wont be much left to spend on the squad. I hope they prove me wrong and they realise after this that there is relegation in English football and we are not a franchise.

We will be in the mix .

Personally, I suspect that the Yanks really believed that the venom directed at "The Sellouts" was solely because of our perilous position in the PL.

Now that we are safe & will be playing PL next season, the Yanks may sit up and take heed if The Liberty crowd were to rise up against Jinx & Co next weekend and chant again "Get out of our Club".......

Bet Dutch John will be happy that he can continue to sell his PL weekends in Swansea to his fellow countrymen. Wonder how he still gets allocations of 20? 30? tickets per match?

Taff I hope they have learnt, but I still believe their bank balance is so much more important to them. Having got away with it this year I wonder whether they feel they can cut corners again and still get away with it. Because we have stayed up they will be saved the fans ire, but that can soon change if they do us again.

TLF - the first thing the Yanks will try and do is complete the deal with the Council to get control of the Stadium. In reality, the first thing should be to sit down with PC and agree what changes need to be made to the squad - releasing/selling those not required & then agreeing a Transfer Kitty to secure the services of the players that PC - not Huw - wants to recruit.

They should try and do their transfer business early so that PC can have a full pre-season with the squad
