Antonio, however I was including Forster in the number. Should have said former and current players. My bad. Big case for Bertrand to be in the squad as well when he returns!

I think Ryan may struggle it get in as he's missed the start. Rose had a very good season last year and looks to have started well this time and Shaw is looking like the player we all know he is capable of being.

Tough on Ryan, but that's what happens when you're injured sometimes.

Good grief - I've just seen some photos of Sam from the press conference and he seems to have aged 10 years in the last few months!

Do we know how bad or what the injury is?

Arm injury. I haven't read anything further.

Real shame for him, with the issues over Hart and Butland still injured, this was a potential chance for Fraser to take the no.1 jersey.

Today we have
Maya Yoshida - Japan v UAE 11.35am
José Fonte and Cédric - Portugal v Gibraltar 7.45pm
Virgil van Dijk - Netherlands v Greece 7.45pm

Most of our defence then.........:emoticon-0107-sweat

Looking forward to Saints media department doing an "At home with Claude Puel" video, so we can get to know the man a bit more. I'm sure it won't be dull.
