Something or someone that is indispensable is so good or important that you could not manage without them.
I'm just pointing out that we can manage without Wanyama.
Edit: just noticed the title of the thread, "Indespensible" isn't a word.

My point was that without him, we haven't picked up as many points as when we had him. This was against different opposition and may it may not be because he want there. With him not there, we looked more vulnerable no matter how good Cork has been and he has been good agreed. Going back to your comment about the City game, I was saying that was one game; there were lots following that one where we struggled.
I don't think the title needs taking too literal, I think it was a discussion point as to who we would miss the most. I believe Vic is one of the more missable (word??) players.
Fair enough, although I think others have made a fair point: We have Cork who can play in Wanyama's place, also at a push JWP. We really have no adequate replacement for Lovren, so he got my vote.
You're absolutely right.
Money well spent on my English Literature degree then
No, really..?
Ah, put it down as a typo. It was the spelling the poster was pointing out, not the word itself.
which is why the question is probably more of where are we weakest in reserve relative to our first team, which really points to goal, centre back, and left back.I'm not really a fan of these "popularity" threads as it usually leads to arguments about which player is better than another and can lead to undeserved criticism of players that are keeping people's favourites out of the side.
The truth is that football is a TEAM sport and a team is a sum of its' parts and I would say that our strongest XI (plus subs) is a match for anybody in the league on its' day. Having said that, I would say the energy and closing down of the trio of Morgan, Adam and Jay are vital to Poch's high pressing style and it would be difficult to imagine us playing that way if they we not in the team.
I chose Morgan in the poll because he is the heartbeat of the side.
