It's just coincidences! And not even unlikely coincidences! The probability of all those things happening is very reasonable. Every film and TV show set in New York would show a picture of the Twin Towers. They were iconic, and it let the audience know that it's taking place in New York. They have showed up on TV tens of thousands of times, so of course a few of those times there could have been some 9s and 1s there too!

To be fair to lamberto, he has a point, surely a multiple ton aircraft would leave quite a lot of debris behind?

There are plenty of images of plane crash sites online. They all look pretty similar.
 
The other plane that crashed,flight 93,left a very small hole and barely any debris.The plane supposedly hit the ground head on at full speed and the hole it left was way too small for the size of the plane.

Anyone who has watched Air crash investigation especially the episode about Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 1771 ,will know that hitting the ground head on still leaves some debris and a big hole in the ground and not this,this is not a result of a plane crash.
