Went to bed a beaten man, awoke to find myself in the final. Utter luck. Got to feel sorry for you Wooly. Nailed a goal in the first few seconds and held the lead to the 90th minute, where I managed to fluke a lucky goal. The defenders all tripped over their own feet and the keeper dived the wrong way. You deserved to be in the final mate. Well played. Red, you were brilliant, but that comes as no surprise. You usually do well in comps. Don't know what happened to the Great Oddy, but his demise was spectacular. I look forward to the battle on the weekend Red. I hold much fear. If the best man wins, it'll be you, if luck prevails, I might just stagger over the line.
A great comp, well i would say that being a finalist, and good humour from the defeated players... All in all i think its been a success... Ardent i missed the boat with the 14/1 in the earlier rounds but that value has gone, hope someone got it e/w...!!! 10/11 the pair, wow thats close and im looking forward to try and beat the old sage that is cyclonic... May the best darter prevail in the inaugural comp that is The HRF Singles Cup...!!!
